Scrum Master

Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile Environment
• Minimum 2 years work experience in using Azure DevOps
• Working Experience of Aha, Lucid Chart, Gantt Charts
• Tool knowledge of Jira, Wiki, Confluence
• Advanced SAFe Certification Must have
• Minimum 14 years of work experience out of which Minimum 8 years of Scrum Master/ Agile Coach/ RTE / Project Management experience

Good to Have

• Minimum 3 of: Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ICP-ACC, SAFE RTE, SAFE SPC, PMI-PMP Certifications
