As the Business Lead – Platform & Gamification, you’ll drive the strategy, growth, and continuous improvement of GoPay’s engagement platforms — including discovery, discounting and promotions, gamification systems, and communication channels. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, and Payments teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance user engagement and retention across the GoPay ecosystem.
This role suits someone with a background in consulting, business strategy, or platform management — combining strong problem-solving, data-driven thinking, and the ability to translate user insights into impactful strategies.
