2. 3-5+ years of overseas gaming experience, experience in offline activities for large DAU competitive overseas games is preferred;
3. Senior game enthusiast, with keen user insight, skilled at iterating activity design based on player feedback to continuously improve activity experience;
4. Good communication and promotion skills, able to coordinate various support teams for collaboration;
5. Clear logic, certain stress resistance, and willingness to accept some overseas business trips.
