Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Position Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
Required Skills:
1. Proficiency with Excel is a must
a. Program is working to establish tools for tracking & managing program requirements, execution, and reporting to ALL levels of leadership and mission elements
b. Lead is an expert with excel and utilizes for tracking & reporting funding, project, and contract execution.
2. Performing analysis for & creating briefing materials
3. Confluence experience is preferred as it's being increasingly utilized across the portfolio.
4. Project / Program management experience is also ideal. PMP preferred but not
required.
