As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted local HR partner for contractors and managers, building professional relationships and providing expert HR support. You will collaborate with senior HRBPs and managers to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement globally, supporting contractors throughout their lifecycle.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with line managers on HR matters like performance and retention
  • Consult and guide employees on career development and company policies
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and report retention risks
  • Prepare and provide departmental HR reports and metrics
  • Maintain employment records related to retention, promotions, and performance
  • Work with HR analytics and employee satisfaction surveys
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to HR initiatives
  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency
  • Fluent Polish
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach

We are seeking a motivated Associate HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted local HR partner for both contractors and company managers, building sustainable professional relationships and providing expert HR support.

As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our contractors throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, company managers, and contractors to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers on critical HR matters such as contractor performance, engagement, and retention, providing timely insights and actionable recommendations
  • Consult and guide employees on career development, company policies, and procedures
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with contractors and proactively report on retention risks
  • Prepare and provide departmental reports, metrics, and information to HR Business Partners and the management team
  • Maintain employment records related to retention, promotions, performance management, and terminations
  • Work with HR analytics, including employee satisfaction surveys and other key metrics, to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR practices
  • Proactively suggest process improvements and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of the role

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Fluent Polish
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Preferred: Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to official employment contracts
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approac
