Must have:
  • Oversee the verification of credentials and compliance with policies
  • Manage operational tasks to streamline the recruiting process
  • Verify accuracy in data handling and validation using tools
  • Address inquiries and provide support through the ticketing system
  • Facilitate communication with employees regarding credential issues
  • Monitor and manage seasonal and weekly operational processes
  • Contribute to the enhancement of compliance procedures
  • Support the Talent and Development team in achieving objectives
  • Understand the importance of correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Regulatory Compliance, Law
  • Experience with Alteryx or Power Automate tools
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Talent and Development team you will manage credential verification and maintain compliance with policies across various lines of service. As a Specialist you will provide specialized advice and support, handling operational tasks that enhance the recruiting lifecycle and improve compliance processes. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic environment, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will make a significant impact on our team's success.

What You Must Have
