We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive passionate about sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process to support the company’s growth.
Must have:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and engage with potential hires throughout the process.
  • Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.

  • Experience handling IT & Non-IT hiring
  • Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
  • Experience with Boolean searches

  • Conduct initial screening, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably handling both IT & Non-IT hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and passive hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
