Must have:
  • Selection and hiring processes
  • Personnel onboarding and offboarding
  • Updating organizational chart and job descriptions
  • Management of university agreements and scholarships
  • Processing subsidies and hiring aid
  • Organization and participation in employment fairs
  • Preparation and monitoring of training plans
  • Time control and registration
  • Support in Equality and Conciliation Plans
  • Regulatory compliance (compliance)
  • Monitoring key HR indicators (KPIs)
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting performance and objective evaluations
  • Degree in Law or Labor Relations
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in people management
  • High level of English
  • Proficiency in Workday and Bizneo HR software

At FANOX, WABTEC CORPORATION, we are looking for a person Graduated in Law or Labor Relations with experience in people management to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in industrial companies and with good knowledge in legal-labor relations, talent attraction, training, equality, and organizational development. Accustomed to using ERP, tools for administrative personnel management, time registration, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.

A position of high trust and discretion that requires communication skills, empathy, and active listening.

High level of English.

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Selection and hiring processes
  • Personnel onboarding and offboarding
  • Updating of the organizational chart and job descriptions
  • Management of agreements with universities, FCTs, scholarships, etc.
  • Processing of subsidies and hiring aid
  • Organization and participation in employment forums and fairs
  • Preparation and monitoring of the training plan
  • Time control and registration
  • Support in the development of the Equality Plan and Conciliation Plan
  • Regulatory compliance (compliance)
  • Monitoring of key indicators (KPIs)
  • HR processes and policies: collaborates in the implementation (definition and maintenance) of existing and/or newly created HR policies and procedures.
  • Supports the performance evaluation process and objective evaluations from communication to technical/IT tool support to carry it out
