Plaid is seeking a strategic and experienced HRBP leader to partner with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership for its next phase of growth. The role involves providing strategic partnership and counsel to C-suite and senior business leaders, assisting in building and scaling teams, collaborating with Center of Excellence (COE) teams on program design and implementation, coaching leaders, utilizing data for business decisions, identifying development and retention needs, and mentoring other COE team members. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of HR client support experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP in a high-growth environment, a track record of influencing senior leaders, strong experience in organizational scaling and design, and expertise in areas like performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations. Experience with Go-To-Market teams and other HR functions is a plus. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, analytical skills, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
