Job Description
Plaid is seeking a strategic and experienced HRBP leader to collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership during its next growth phase. As a senior member of the HRBP team, this role involves providing guidance to client groups and shaping the definition of the HRBP function within Plaid for both present and future operations. Plaid is dedicated to improving how people manage their finances by providing tools for developers to create their own products. Their platform empowers millions to manage their financial lives more effectively, working with numerous companies and financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.

Plaid is looking for a strategic and experienced HRBP leader to partner with Plaid’s Chief Operating Officer, Head of Revenue, and Go-To-Market leadership as we enter our next phase of growth. As a senior member of our HRBP team, not only will you provide guidance to your client groups, but you’ll also help define what HRBP means at Plaid, both immediately and in the future.
