We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to spearhead HR data initiatives. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and the development team to leverage data and analytics for internal business growth. The ideal candidate possesses analytical experience within the HR domain, with a preference for experience in a SaaS/Subscription company. A passion for best-practice dashboards and analytics is essential, along with strong communication, self-management, and rapid learning abilities. Key responsibilities include engaging with HR stakeholders to understand business processes, collect requirements, and define data products. You will work with the BI team to design data models and processes, lead data product testing, and oversee their implementation. Developing reports and dashboards using Tableau and managing end-to-end data projects with full delivery accountability, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, data quality, integrity, and usability, are also crucial. Partnering with AI teams to integrate AI capabilities into HR analytics workflows is another key aspect of this role.
