What You’ll Do

• Define and lead execution of the company-wide KPI framework, including lifecycle tracking and ownership policies.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on forecasting and measurement frameworks that guide Finance, Product, and Commercial decisions.
• Establish reusable experimentation templates, QA practices, and governance that elevate trust in analytics outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced SQL for production-grade analytics and dashboard layers; experience advising on schema and data model evolution.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, automation, and reusable libraries. Comfortable contributing to shared codebases.
• Deep understanding of experimentation design (Bayesian & frequentist methods, power analysis, multiple testing). Experience building frameworks, not just running tests.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and integration into analytics workflows; able to design monitoring for model impact and drift.
• Proven ability to present concise, compelling insights to senior leadership.
• Skilled in aligning metrics and KPIs across departments with sometimes conflicting goals.
• Ability to connect analytics to business outcomes such as revenue, retention, growth, and cost strategy.
• Strength in framing ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses with measurable impact.
