LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.

What you’ll do at Mistplay :
As the Account Manager for Publisher Partnerships, you’ll own the ongoing success and revenue growth of a portfolio of publisher partners. You’ll serve as their primary point of contact—building trust, driving performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for publisher partners, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders (product, monetization, growth).
- Proactively identify partner needs, challenges, and opportunities to deepen engagement with LoyaltyPlay.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, underperformance, and new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to develop actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Present performance reviews and strategic recommendations to partners on a regular cadence.
- Support the onboarding and integration process for new publisher partners—ensuring smooth technical setup, and initial launch.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Fraud, and Marketing teams to ensure partners have the tools, insights, and support they need to succeed.
- Partner with the Fraud & Compliance team to improve monitoring systems, minimize invalid activity, and maintain trust and transparency with publishers.
- Collaborate with Analytics to enhance internal and external reporting suites, ensuring partners have clear visibility into performance metrics and monetization outcomes.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that drive measurable results for both partners and the business.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams to inform product improvements, new features, and better tooling.
- Identify and implement scalable processes for account management, reporting, and optimization.
What you’ll bring to Mistplay:
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or Publisher Relations—preferably in AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Experience with dashboards (e.g., Looker, Grafana, Tableau) or Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis is a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with partners and internal teams alike.
- Familiarity with mobile app monetization models (offerwalls, rewarded ads, SDK integrations, loyalty programs) and user acquisition KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting insights and strategies to partners and executives.
- Strong cross-functional mindset—comfortable working with Analytics, Product, and Fraud teams to drive outcomes.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
