Mistplay is seeking a Sales Development Representative for LoyaltyPlay, its B2B monetization platform. This role is crucial for driving commercial growth by generating qualified leads and securing new business opportunities with mobile app publishers. The SDR will strategically identify high-potential publishers, execute multi-channel outreach, articulate LoyaltyPlay's value proposition (driving revenue, improving user LTV, creating engagement), and manage progress in a CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development, an understanding of mobile monetization, and strong communication skills.
Must Have:
  • Strategically research and identify high-potential mobile app publishers with in-app currency and high user volume.
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach using cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold calling.
  • Articulate the value proposition of LoyaltyPlay, explaining how it drives supplemental revenue and improves user LTV.
  • Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to log activities, manage opportunities, and track progress.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to understand prospect's monetization stack and goals.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to define territory priorities and ensure seamless handoff of SQLs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive movements, and client-specific news.
  • 6+ months in a high-volume Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development role, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or B2B technology.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, mobile monetization methods, and user LTV.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas for booked meetings/SQLs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Persistent, results-oriented mentality with ability to handle objections.
  • Enthusiastic, self-sufficient, and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

What you’ll do at Mistplay:

As the Sales Development Representative for LoyaltyPlay, you are the engine of our commercial growth. Your primary responsibility is to drive a qualified pipeline and secure net-new business opportunities with top-tier mobile app publishers.

  • Strategically research and identify high-potential mobile app publishers (Ideal Customer Profile: apps with in-app currency and high user volume) across your defined territory, focusing on key decision-makers (VP/Director of Monetization, Head of Revenue/Growth, App Product Owners).
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach using cold email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold calling to generate interest and secure initial meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Articulate the clear value proposition of LoyaltyPlay—explaining how it drives supplemental revenue, improves user LTV (Lifetime Value), and creates a powerful 'play-and-earn' engagement loop.
  • Utilize the CRM (likely Salesforce) to log activities, manage opportunities, and accurately track your progress toward monthly goals, reporting on trends, risks, and successes.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to deeply understand the prospect’s current monetization stack, key revenue goals, and pain points related to user retention and LTV.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to define territory priorities, refine playbooks, and ensure a seamless, high-quality handoff of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive movements, and client-specific news (acquisitions, major updates) to personalize outreach and provide market feedback to internal teams.

What you’ll bring to Mistplay:

  • 6+ months in a high-volume Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development role, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or a related B2B technology environment.
  • An understanding of performance marketing, mobile monetization methods (e.g., offerwalls, in-app advertising, loyalty programs), and the concept of user LTV.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas for booked meetings/SQLs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft highly personalized and professional messages.
  • Comfortable working in a modern sales environment, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft or similar).
  • A persistent, results-oriented mentality, coupled with the ability to handle objections and maintain motivation in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-sufficient, and eager to contribute to the success of your team and the commercial organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
