Job Summary

As a Data Client Support Analyst at Addepar, you will be a key part of the Go-To-Market organization, ensuring clients receive first-class support and maximize value from their data. This role involves daily communication with clients, data providers, and internal teams. You will address client inquiries on portfolio data feeds, manage requests from internal data teams, investigate bugs and data processing exceptions, and collaborate with other GTM members to resolve data-related issues. You will also contribute to improving internal processes and new product initiatives.

Must Have

  • Address client inquiries on portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities.
  • Manage requests from internal Data teams requiring client outreach.
  • Investigate client reported bugs and data processing exceptions.
  • Triage issues with Engineering & Product when necessary.
  • Partner with GTM teams to resolve data-related issues for clients.
  • Participate in projects to improve internal processes and new product functionality.
  • Must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Good to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or previous relevant experience.
  • Work experience in financial investment/advisory industry.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters.

The Role

As part of the broader Addepar Go-To-Market organisation, the Data Client Support team is responsible for ensuring our customers receive first-class support experience and are able get the most value out of their data in Addepar. The Data Client Support group sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity and requires daily communications with clients, data providers, and other personnel across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Address client enquiries related to Addepar’s portfolio data feeds and on general data product functionalities within established SLAs
  • Manage and complete requests from internal Data teams that require client outreach and/or action to resolve data verification problems
  • Investigate client reported bugs and data processing exceptions, and triage with Engineering & Product when needed
  • Partner with Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and other members from GTM to drive alignment on data related issues and ensure positive outcomes for clients
  • Participate in multi-org projects to improve internal processes and in broad company initiatives to stand up new product functionality or services

Who You Are

  • Ideally you'll have a Bachelor's degree or previous relevant experience
  • Ideally you'll have previous work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio accounting, and customer relationship management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Track record of demonstrating self-motivation to take on responsibility, a strong team-player mentality, and passion for delivering client-centric outcomes
  • Proactive and diligent in documenting team processes and finding opportunities to optimise team workflow efficiencies
  • Familiarity with using MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial services systems and applications is preferable
