Job Description

The IAM Identity Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient access to organizational resources. This role involves administering user accounts, roles, and permissions, implementing identity policies, and enforcing security best practices. The administrator collaborates with IT Architecture, Cybersecurity, and business teams to support the lifecycle management of digital identities across various platforms, playing a critical part in maintaining security and compliance through identity governance and role-based access controls.
Must have:
  • Administer user identity lifecycle processes/polices including onboarding, provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning.
  • Manage access controls and ensure proper role-based access controls for systems, applications and data.
  • Monitor and maintain IAM systems.
  • Enforce identity governance policies to ensure least-privilege access.
  • Document process and procedures for onboarding and offboarding user accounts.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to support compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with department heads, management and team leads.
  • Develop and maintain Identity/Security metrics reports for business needs and justifications.
  • Monitor alerts, events and respond with appropriate action or notification.
  • Travel to SG owned Datacenters and Co-Lo Datacenters when required.
  • Ability to work with internal/external department teams, third party vendors and customers to troubleshoot and resolve different situations.
  • Investigate and document incidents.
  • Manage disaster recovery and practice failovers to backup data centers.
  • Participate in annual security audits.
  • Daily interaction with internal customers (data centers, QA, and software) as well as peer group relationship.
  • System performance analysis including troubleshooting, resolution and reporting of escalated production issues.
  • 24/7 On-call support.
  • Institute changes to assure compliance to company standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

  • Lottery Production Systems experience

The IAM Identity Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient access to organizational resources. Involves the administration of user accounts, roles and permissions, as well as implementing identity policies and security best practices. The Identity Administrator works closely with IT Architecture, Cybersecurity and business teams to support provisioning, de-provisioning and life cycle management of SG difital identities across various platforms. This role plays a critical part in maintaining security and compliance by enforcing identity governance, role-based access controls, and provisioning/deprovisioning processes for internal and external users.

Job Duties / Key Accountabilities

  • Administer user identity lifecycle processes/polices including onboarding, provisioning, role changes, and de-provisioning.
  • Mange access controls and ensure proper role-based access controls for systems, applications and data.
  • Monitor and maintain IAM systems.
  • Enforce identity governance policies to ensure least-privilege access.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with Identity Management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems.
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • IAM systems and directory services.
  • IAM tools (Cyberark, Okta, AWS IAM.
  • Security protocols and Identity standards (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, GDPR).
  • Incident Control and management.
  • Problem management.
  • Capacity management [multitask, workloads].
  • System and service management.
  • Well-developed oral, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships in a team and inter team environment.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as a team.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent Experience with running and maintaining scripting [PowerShell, Puppet, Chef, etc.].

Qualifications

Years of Technical Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with Identity Management
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux Operating Systems
  • 5+ years of Information Technology experience
