Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist at Everi, you will install and configure technical systems, software, and hardware. You'll deploy company products and third-party applications, manage databases, server connections, and system architecture. Your responsibilities include ensuring application security, compliance, and investigating incidents, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting customers through troubleshooting and training. You will represent the company with clients and vendors, guide junior team members, and lead special projects, while also identifying and collaborating on solutions to process inefficiencies. The role is fully remote.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in software implementation; gaming or casino experience a plus
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and resources
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with customer interaction and relationship-building
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experienced in server deployment, support, and compliance software

Join our Everi Team as a Implementation Specialist!


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Installs and configures technical systems, software, and hardware.
  • Deploys company products and third-party applications.
  • Manages databases, server connections, and system architecture.
  • Ensures application security, compliance, and investigates incidents.
  • Coordinates with internal teams on deployments and maintenance.
  • Supports customers through troubleshooting and training.
  • Represents the company with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Guides junior team members and leads special projects.
  • Identifies process inefficiencies and collaborates on solutions.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in software implementation; gaming or casino experience a plus.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and resources.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience with customer interaction and relationship-building.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experienced in server deployment, support, and compliance software.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is is $68k - $92k salaried.
