Responsibilities:

· Client Needs & Satisfaction: Understand client needs, address their concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the company's products or services. · Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (sales, customer success, product engineering) to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly. · Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling services, and developing new business with existing clients. · Reporting & Analysis: Track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status, and provide insights to internal teams and clients. · Problem Resolution: Promptly and effectively resolve client issues and escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. · Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to align with client goals and objectives. Skills and Qualifications · Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically to identify growth opportunities and develop effective account plans. · Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. · Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address client concerns.
