Responsibilities:

The Quality Engineer will ensure the quality and compliance of our Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS) through rigorous testing and validation processes. While this role would require testing configurations, business processes/workflows, integrations (MuleSoft), AI models, ODS (Operational Data Store), it would be interesting to bring automation to enhance testing methodologies and manage the execution of testing deliverables throughout the development lifecycle under Agile methodology.

  • Author, maintain and execute relevant standard operating processes following Lilly quality management system (QMS) processes.
  • Understand QMS business processes/workflows/design and ensure system is fully tested and validated.
  • Expertise in testing Veeva vault/QMS/Qdocs systems including formal configuration verification.
  • Use standardized software development lifecycle processes and drive improvements to these processes resulting in higher project-level quality, efficiency, repeatability, and control.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test data sets to support various testing scenarios.
  • Ensure test data is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test scripts for functional, integrations, AI models and regression, security and performance testing.
  • Validate that all system components meet specified requirements and performance standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces and AI functionalities within the Veeva Vault QMS.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI components.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.

  • Proven experience of 7+ years in Salesforce development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions

Salesforce Lead LwC and Integration:-

  • Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex, and Salesforce APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports and dashboards.

FSL Lead:-

  • Overall experience of 8+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 2+ years of working on the Salesforce FSL platform
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience within a consulting environment, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience in Salesforce FSL concepts and has experience & knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange and integrations
  • Experience in Field Service consulting, integration with Service Cloud, task management, workflow management, pricing, and quote process
  • Designing, implementing and deploying Salesforce FSL solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Responsibilities - Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver. - Responsible for Creation of an enterprise-wide integration architecture that ensures that systems are seamlessly integrated while being scalable, reliable,and manageable. - Analyse applications, exchange points, data formats, connectivity requirements, technology environment, enterprise specifics, client requirements to set an integration solution design framework/architecture - Clearly articulate, document and use integration patterns, best practices and processes. - Document integration architecture covering logical, deployment and data views mentioning all the artefacts in detail. - Provides technical and strategic input during the project planning phase in the form of technical architectural designs and recommendations. - Well versed with Salesforce & Mulesoft integration patterns & best practices. - Ensures integration architecture principles, patterns and standards are consistently applied in the project. - Work closely with Data, Business Solutions and Engineering teams to ensure the consistency of both API-led and other enterprise data integration patterns. - Well versed in Oauth 2.0 standards and maintaining integration security.
