Job Description

This role at a confidential FinTech company involves proactive inside sales, including cold calling and managing marketing leads to build a robust sales pipeline. The executive will qualify inbound leads, identify decision-makers, and ensure seamless merchant onboarding with a focus on business understanding. Key responsibilities include accurate CRM data management, maintaining client relationships, and proposing solutions to enhance client experience and transaction processes.
Must have:
  • Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data.
  • Qualify and disqualify inbound leads.
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding process for merchants.
  • Accurately enter and manage data within CRM and sales management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Continuously propose solutions that meet clients' objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in inside sales (calling), preferably within the fintech industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales for Banking.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data provided by the marketing team to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants on the platform, with a strong understanding of expected business.
  • Accurately enter and manage data within the company's CRM, other sales management systems & google Sheets regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing more of their transaction processes.
  • Continuously propose solutions that meet clients' objectives and enhance their experience with our services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in inside sales ( calling ), preferably within the fintech industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales for Banking
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways

Work Shift- 5.5 days working
