This role at a confidential FinTech company involves proactive inside sales, including cold calling and managing marketing leads to build a robust sales pipeline. The executive will qualify inbound leads, identify decision-makers, and ensure seamless merchant onboarding with a focus on business understanding. Key responsibilities include accurate CRM data management, maintaining client relationships, and proposing solutions to enhance client experience and transaction processes.
Must have:
Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data.
Qualify and disqualify inbound leads.
Identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Ensure seamless onboarding process for merchants.
Accurately enter and manage data within CRM and sales management systems.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Continuously propose solutions that meet clients' objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years in inside sales (calling), preferably within the fintech industry.
At least 1 year of experience in sales for Banking.
At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways.
Calls to prospective clients from Important Marketing leads & Cold Calling data provided by the marketing team to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants on the platform, with a strong understanding of expected business.
Accurately enter and manage data within the company's CRM, other sales management systems & google Sheets regularly.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing more of their transaction processes.
Continuously propose solutions that meet clients' objectives and enhance their experience with our services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record of 5+ years in inside sales ( calling ), preferably within the fintech industry.
At least 1 year of experience in sales for Banking
At least 1 year of experience in direct sales for payment gateways
Work Shift- 5.5 days working
