Extreme is seeking a motivated Inside Service Sales Representative to join their growing team. The role focuses on driving service revenue within a targeted territory by selling service contract renewals, upselling services, and promoting professional services and training. Responsibilities include quoting renewals, achieving sales quotas, collaborating with partners to cross-sell and upsell, managing customer service contracts, and reporting on pipeline opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a desire to grow in service sales using consultative techniques, and experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of software/hardware technologies and computer networking is preferred.
