Job Description
The Integration Support Officer will be responsible for connecting various systems and applications, overseeing API implementation, and ensuring smooth data flow up to live launch. This role involves testing, documentation, and close collaboration with product, development, sales, and business development teams. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in system integration or a similar role, with fresh graduates also encouraged to apply. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, understanding of system integration and APIs, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Must Have:
- Connecting various systems and applications to ensure smooth data flow and operational processes.
- Acting as an information bridge in API development for data integration between systems.
- Overseeing the API implementation process across platforms.
- Testing and validating the integration process to ensure data accuracy.
- Creating technical documentation for all integration activities.
- Working closely with teams including products, developers, sales, business development, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in system integration or a similar role (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Basic understanding of system integration and API implementations.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
