WongDoody is seeking an Intermediate Digital Creative Art professional to craft standout social content and digital campaigns for The Walt Disney Company. The role involves developing striking visual concepts, participating in content productions, and working independently within interdisciplinary teams. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a creative environment, excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, a sharp eye for design, social media fluency, and a digital-first mindset. Fluent German is a must.

Must Have:
  • Create standout social content and smart digital campaigns for The Walt Disney Company.
  • Develop striking visual concepts and innovative design approaches.
  • Work independently and responsibly within interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Prepare and deliver inspiring presentations to clients.
  • A degree in graphics, design, or comparable education.
  • 3+ years of experience in a social media agency or similarly creative environment.
  • A sharp eye for target-group-oriented design, campaign creativity, and scroll-stopping social media content.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, After Effects).
  • A true passion for design: high creative standards, strong conceptual thinking, and a love for details.
  • Social media fluency: spotting trends early and excitement about new platforms.
  • A digital-first mindset with fresh ideas, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • A collaborative team spirit paired with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German.

What we’d love to see

  • A degree in graphics, design, or comparable education.
  • 3+ years of experience in a social media agency or similarly creative environment.
  • A sharp eye for target-group-oriented design, campaign creativity, and scroll-stopping social media content.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, After Effects). Knowledge of Generative AI tools and Figma = big plus.
  • A true passion for design: high creative standards, strong conceptual thinking, and a love for details.
  • Social media fluency: you live and breathe TikTok, spot trends early, and get excited about new platforms.
  • A digital-first mindset with plenty of fresh ideas, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • A collaborative team spirit paired with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German (a must), very good English (a plus).
