Job Description
- Support GAM activities to meet business solution objectives.
- Provide administrative, planning, and client support.
- Track competitive activity and analyze research findings.
- Enter information into databases and produce reports.
- Gather and enter quality assurance information.
• Learn how to provide effective day-to-day administrative, planning and GAM client support;
• How to track Asian ISVs, data distributors competitive activity and hub customer trends and analyze research findings;
• Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, producing simple statistical reports, presentations, expenses and scheduling;
• Gathers and enters quality assurance information into Salesforce and internal client service databases in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service.
• Complete special projects as assigned
