1. Participate in the brand new product strategy formulation and implementation process, including but not limited to market pain point insights, competitor data analysis, etc.
2. Liaise with internal cross-functional teams, such as regional tmk team, sales team, brand team, etc.
3. Liaise with external agencies, communicate and refine planning, convey brand philosophy, develop cutting-edge channel marketing methods, and increase product sales.
4. Basic tasks: booking meeting rooms, assisting with permission applications, initial review of internal materials, etc.; other tasks include market information updates, competitor tracking, and other matters assigned by the supervisor.
1. Responsible, careful and reliable, strong communication skills, strong stress resistance, and ability to multi-task;
2. At least 4 days on-site per week, able to work for 3 months or more (stable long-term commitment preferred);
3. Proficient in Office software operations; PPT, Excel, Teams, Outlook are essential work software;
4. Has marketing sense, sensitive to data, internship experience in FMCG or Agency is a plus;
5. Excellent in both Chinese and English expression, proficient in using all-English systems & communicating in English business emails.
