Job Description

Autodesk's Identity & Access Management team seeks a motivated individual to develop efficient solutions for technical and product challenges. The mission is to establish a reliable and scalable Identity and Access Management platform for all Autodesk products and services. This role focuses on promoting a 'Platform First' philosophy, fostering a cohesive, API-accessible platform with a uniform user experience. It also involves assisting in ensuring the Platform yields significant insights into customer product interactions, potentially leading to new revenue opportunities and customized user experiences.
Must have:
  • Collaborate with a self-organized agile team to design, build, and operate Autodesk’s membership service.
  • Contribute to features and capabilities that enhance performance, analytics, or security across our services.
  • Help maintain the health of the service and platform by assisting with monitoring, alerting, metrics, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate product and technical requirements into clean, scalable code with mentorship from senior engineers.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
  • Understanding of REST APIs.
  • Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Internship period: January - June 2026, 6 months full-time only.

  • Exposure to automated testing, continuous integration, or cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring for web applications.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Passionate, adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated, with a sense of ownership over your work.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
  • Interested in cloud-native application development and curious about AWS cloud ecosystems.
  • Values best practices like automated testing, continuous integration, and performance monitoring.
