Job Description

Growe is seeking an International Contract Lawyer to provide legal support to the Payments Team for business expansion and operations in various foreign markets. Responsibilities include drafting, amending, and negotiating agreements, primarily focusing on PSP and related agreements, NDAs, etc. The role involves representing the legal function in cross-team collaborations, maintaining contract registers, developing methodologies, and enhancing processes between the Payments and Legal Teams. Communication and coordination with external counsel in different jurisdictions may be required.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in law firms
  • Experience in consulting, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters (3-5 years)
  • Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating PSP agreements
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Degree in Law

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the Payments Team in connection with business expansion and operation in various foreign markets (e.g., Africa, LatAm, etc.);

  • Draft, amend, and negotiate various types of agreements with the main focus on PSP and related agreements, NDAs, etc.;

  • Represent the legal function in cross-team cooperation;

  • Keep registers of contracts, create checklists, develop methodologies, and enhance processes of cooperation between the Payments and Legal Teams;

  • Communicate with and coordinate the work of external counsels from different jurisdictions (if necessary).

We need your professional experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in law firms;

  • Experience in consulting, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters (3-5 years);

  • Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law;

  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating PSP agreements and related documentation is a huge advantage;

  • Fluent command of the English language, both written and verbal;

  • Degree in Law.
