Description
The main purpose of the Process Methodologist / Business process Analyst Intern is to support Lean Agile Center of Excellence in identifying problems and needs for process improvements within Research & Development (R&D), enhancing efficiency by expanding the adoption of cutting-edge development practices across R&D domains and teams.
This role involves guiding R&D operations in collaboration with TechLeadership, promoting a culture of metrics-driven problem-solving, and working closely with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence to implement process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and analyze problems and needs within R&D processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with TechLeadership to guide R&D operations, support in implementing improvements, and develop and document process guidelines and practices.
- Expand the adoption of cutting-edge development practices across R&D domains.
- Promote a culture of metrics-driven problem-solving within the R&D teams and create and maintain the knowledge base.
- Work closely with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence to support the integration of Agile methodologies and Kanban method.
- Assist in developing training materials and workshops to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a focus on process management, change management and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in process analysis and improvement methodologies such as Agile.
- Experience or coursework in business process or change management.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques such as Kanban.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Ability to document processes, create process flow diagrams, and maintain documentation accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
