Internship in the ELT Team (electric motors)

Are you an ambitious student whose passion is innovative automotive technology and who wants to gain practical experience in electromobility? Join the Motor ELT team in Valeo's Research and Innovation Department as an intern and take part in work on the most modern solutions in the field of BLDC motor control!

AS OUR INTERN:

• You will gain practical experience by supporting measurements of advanced BLDC motor control modules.
• You will participate in the validation of software for BLDC motor control.
• You will take part in experimental research and learn about the functioning of test stands.
• You will develop your skills in data analysis, report preparation, and technical documentation.
• You will gain valuable knowledge about motor design and control strategies – directly from industry experts.
• You will cooperate with experienced engineers on innovative projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR STUDENTS WHO:

• Are studying in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a technical field, preferably: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related.
• Have completed the above-mentioned fields, but obtained their diploma no longer than a year ago.
• Are interested in BLDC motors and want to learn the basics of their control.
• Enjoy laboratory work.
• Are eager to perform practical experimental tasks.
• Are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Are proactive, learn quickly, and have problem-solving potential.
• (Additional asset will be knowledge of data analysis software, e.g., Matlab Simulink, Python, and C/C++ programming languages)
