Job Description
The Engineering Intern will join the Process Development team, gaining hands-on experience in engineering operations, continuous improvement, and process optimization. Responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, supporting data collection and analysis, participating in root cause analysis, helping create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintaining detailed engineering documentation. The intern will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to cross-functional projects.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our Process Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in engineering operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support new product introductions, improve existing manufacturing processes, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to process performance.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Help create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Maintain detailed engineering documentation and project records.
