Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations Engineer with 4+ years of experience to manage the operations and maintenance of physical and virtual servers, network infrastructures, and service management. This includes on-premise data centers, customer premises, and cloud environments. The role involves daily support, operational maintenance (BAU), and project-specific tasks, reporting to the Head of the ICT Department and the Group CIO. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of ICT systems and contributing to internal and customer projects.
Must have:
- 4+ years of experience in ICT operations.
- Experience with physical and virtual servers.
- Experience with network infrastructures.
- Experience in service management.
- Ability to handle BAU and project-specific tasks.
Job Details
We are looking for 4+ years proven experienced ICT Operations Engineer for the Operations and Maintenance activities of Physical – Virtual Servers and Network infrastructures and Services Management (hosted on-premise in the company DataCenter and on customer premises or on Cloud).
The candidate, reporting directly to the Head of the ICT Department and to the Group CIO, will be accountable for both BAU (daily support and operation maintenance activities) and for Specific Projects (internal roadmap or customer specific)
