The IT Support Engineer at LeoVegas Group provides first-line support for all IT-related issues across the company, ensuring a functional IT environment for all users. Responsibilities include resolving user on/off boarding issues, conducting first-line investigations and troubleshooting, participating in automation projects, and applying established standards to maintain high-quality support services. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, Azure Intune (preferred), patch management, and security threat prevention. The position offers opportunities for growth and learning within an expanding IT department.

Description

Position at LeoVegas Group

Our team has the overall responsibility for the IT platform and the IT support Engineer is the user facing role that supports the entire company to create the greatest gaming experience.

You will work closely with cross functional teams and specialists in IT to ensure that users in the organisation have functional and working IT hardware and software. This includes world class IT on/off boarding and user IT support

We continuously focus on innovation, automation and customer satisfaction where the support engineers play an important role. Internal IT is in an expansive phase and will give lots of opportunities for learning new technologies and growth in the field of IT.  

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • You will be responsible for resolving IT user on/off boarding
  • Conducting first-line investigation and resolution of issues 
  • As we are focusing on improvements and automation you will be part of relevant projects.
  • Be a part of the IT department contributing to have the best IT solution and support for the organisation to create the best iGaming experience
  • Apply established standards in issue resolution, ensuring high-quality and consistent support services

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Provide support for all IT related issues
  • Azure Intune knowledge would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge on Windows and Mac operating systems or both including installation
  • Troubleshooting and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of patch management systems
  • Having knowledge to prevent security threats
  • Familiar with HelpDesk ticketing System
