Job Description
Alpha Affiliates, a leading iGaming partner program established in 2012 with MGA and Curacao licenses, is seeking a Junior Game Manager. This remote role involves managing game content, monitoring performance, assisting with promotions, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the iGaming industry, basic understanding of game mechanics and casino metrics, and be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Must Have:
- Manage game content on the platform: add/remove/moderate games, configure parameters.
- Monitor game activity and provider performance (crashes, bugs, loading speed).
- Assist with promotions, tournaments, and the launch of new game providers.
- Collect and process data on game traffic, revenue, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments: marketing, technical team, and support.
- Maintain documentation and ensure game information is up-to-date.
- Interest in the iGaming/casino industry.
- Basic understanding of game providers, slots, live games, and crashes.
- Basic understanding of casino metrics: Total Bet, GGR, RTP, etc.
- Confident Excel/Google Sheets user.
- English level B1+/B2 required.
