Game Producer

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced with a proven track record in the design, development, and delivery of land-based slot machines for the U.S. market. This is a fully remote role, working with remote contributors and in-house development staff.

Reporting directly to the VP of Creative, the will serve as the creative and product leader for slot development. You will partner closely with a Project Manager, who will handle detailed scheduling, task management, and resource tracking. At the same time, you will focus on guiding the product vision, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving the creative, technical, and regulatory quality of each game. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders to align product outcomes with business objectives.

Please note: You must have at least 7+ years producing land-based slot games, with significant exposure to the U.S. market to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Define and champion the creative vision for each slot title, ensuring alignment across math, art, animation, audio, and software engineering.
• Partner with game designers, mathematicians, artists, animators, sound designers, software engineers, and QA to ensure all components work together to deliver a compelling slot experience.
• Work alongside a dedicated Project Manager. You will focus on product quality, creative and technical integration, and stakeholder alignment while the PM manages schedules, tasks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the VP of Creative to ensure product strategy, priorities, and timelines align with business goals.
• Ensure slot math models are engaging, compliant, and aligned with the overall game experience.
• Drive iterative prototyping, reviews, and refinements to rapidly achieve the best creative outcomes.
• Oversee development with a clear understanding of the separation between game client and platform, ensuring smooth integrations.
• Guide the team to meet U.S. regulatory requirements and certification standards for land-based casino products.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and product direction to the VP of Creative, leadership, and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7+ years producing land-based slot games, with significant exposure to the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of slot math, art and animation pipelines, and sound design principles.
• Proven ability to align diverse creative and technical teams toward a unified vision.
• Skilled in communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience working in agile, interative environments; comfortable with rapid prototyping and fast pivots.
• Understanding of client–platform architecture and how it impacts development and compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. regulatory and certification processes for land-based slot machines.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas and designs effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance usability with aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.

Nice to Have

• Genuine passion and interest in slot games and the slot gaming industry.
• Experience in both land-based and digital slot games (omnichannel).
• Knowledge of global regulated gaming markets.
• Academic or professional background in applied mathematics, probability, or statistics.
