Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Level Designer to join our team. The role involves preparing concepts for levels and gameplay, designing levels, and adapting them based on analytical data. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, maintaining and balancing the clarity, difficulty, and accessibility of levels, and cooperating with creative teams. Identifying and solving technical problems, as well as expanding knowledge of new mobile game trends, are also key responsibilities. Good To Have:

Relevant degree is welcome
3D modeling skills (Blender, Maya, or equivalent)
Sense of scale, proportions, and composition
Knowledge of the industry and passion for mobile games

Must Have:

At least six months of experience in a similar role
Basic ability to design levels
Knowledge of the mobile games market
Independent problem-solving
Good English communication skills
Ability to estimate work time
Analytical skills
Ability to organize work
Basic Unity skills
Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Basic ability to identify and solve technical problems
Basic technical documentation writing
Basic coding ability for level/gameplay diversification
