We are currently looking for ambitious and committed individuals to join our passionate and dynamic Technology team as a Junior Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.

As a Junior Oracle ERP Functional Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior consultants, acquiring valuable hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, business process comprehension, and end-user support. This entry-level position serves as a stepping stone for your career growth, offering the potential to advance into more senior roles that come with greater responsibilities and leadership prospects. Your main responsibilities will involve comprehending business requirements and effectively translating them into innovative ERP solutions, guaranteeing streamlined operations and optimized processes for our clients.

Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Be responsible for the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud and the training of customer staff

  • Perform assessment tests with the client’s staff in order to assure the complete understanding of the new system.

  • Manage and analyse the customers' needs/ business requirements and find the existing gaps in between as well as work on finding solutions

  • Create fit-Gap analysis and communicate modifications to the development team

  • Prepare and update the needed project documents (GAP analysis, Training schedule, and Technical and Functional Documentation).

  • Pre-process, manipulate and upload data on the system as well as create the required reports

  • Assign priorities to tasks according to their sequence of importance

  • Support and troubleshooting live projects

About You

The successful candidate will possess: 

  • Or is in the process of reading for a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field

  • Equivalent experience or certifications in ERP systems can also be considered

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for identifying business requirements, analysing data, and designing effective ERP solutions

  • A willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and stay updated with the latest ERP trends 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with clients, gather requirements, and document processes

  • Ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner 

  • Ability to prepare, deliver presentations and product demos to key decision makers and end-users

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, whether they are related to software configurations, data integration, or user support

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Beneficial to have:

  • Experience in the implementation of other ERP

  • Knowledge on Oracle in General, whether database or applications

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems is beneficial

  • Understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 

  • An accountancy background
