Job Description

Brillio is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer specializing in React.js and Java Microservices. The role involves leading development teams, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications using React.js for the front-end and Java Microservices for the back-end, architecting and implementing scalable microservices with Spring Boot, ensuring coding best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, implementing RESTful APIs, managing CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes, and overseeing database interactions with SQL or NoSQL databases.
Must have:
  • React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
  • MongoDB
  • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools
  • Git, GitHub, Bitbucket
  • JUnit, Jest
  • Team management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder communication
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with API security and authentication mechanisms like OAuth

Job requirements
  • A Full Stack Lead Developer specializing in React.js and Java Microservices plays a crucial role in leading development teams, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and Java Microservices for back-end.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence.
  • Implement RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment.
  • Manage database interactions using SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB or MySQL.
