We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager with a background in art production or game production. Someone who understands the intricacies of outsourcing pipelines and is excited to transition into the business development side of the industry. This is an ideal opportunity for a production-minded person who enjoys networking, researching, and helping new partnerships take root.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential client companies (primarily game developers in North America and Europe with 50–500 employees)
  • Add and qualify 30+ new points of contact weekly, keeping outreach conversations active and CRM entries current
  • Manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Reactivate dormant accounts by identifying strategic value and crafting short opportunity summaries
  • Maintain a clean and organized CRM with up-to-date notes and lead statuses
  • Support the Business Development team with conference preparation, prospecting, scheduling, and lead handoff
  • Track industry trends and map relevant events to surface new outreach opportunities
  • Provide daily and weekly status reports to leadership
