Magic Media is a pioneering media, entertainment and tech group powered by creativity and innovation. We work with leading developers and publishers within the games and tech industry, providing support and solutions designed around individual needs and carried out by global experts.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Manager to oversee our lead generation efforts. This role involves managing a team of lead generators, creating and maintaining outreach campaigns, and executing hands-on outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong written English skills and have a sales/marketing mindset, enabling them to drive successful lead generation efforts across diverse channels.

What you will do:

  • Oversee and lead a team of lead generation specialists, ensuring alignment with outreach strategies and goals.
  • Develop, implement, and refine outreach campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Perform hands-on outreach activities, contributing directly to lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of lead generation activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, with a focus on outreach and campaign management.
  • Exceptional written English skills; ability to craft engaging and persuasive outreach messages.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a hands-on approach to lead generation.
  • Experience managing and motivating teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
