We are seeking an Advertising & Media Manager for a project opportunity through February 2026 with our entertainment media client. This hybrid role is located in Los Angeles through December/January, then will move to the Burbank office. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday remotely.
As the Advertising & Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for delivering creative assets, managing campaign strategy, and writing briefs for upcoming initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the entertainment industry, particularly in television or streaming. Agency experience supporting entertainment accounts (TV or streaming) is also highly valued.
This role will support the creation of marketing materials tied to consumer launches and ongoing campaigns across TV, streaming, digital, online, radio, outdoor, and print. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver assets that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Advertising & Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact, managing digital agencies to concept and produce assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify available content to leverage in paid campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, including Content & Editorial, Print, Graphics, and Social Media.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and media agencies to shape campaign strategies, creative direction, and ideation.
- Request, traffic, and troubleshoot marketing materials for off-network media buys to ensure accuracy, placement, and compliance.
- Manage timelines and ensure marketing assets for launches and sustaining efforts are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform briefs and strategy development.
- Facilitate approvals with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Development, and Creative.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives by seeking out diverse agencies and media partners.
- Review media plans from agency partners, analyze targeting and environments, and provide strategic feedback.
- Monitor execution, QA campaign pacing and performance, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on new media and business opportunities.
Advertising & Media Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in entertainment (television, streaming, or theatrical) or in an agency managing similar accounts.
- Strong critical thinker with a solutions-oriented, collaborative mindset.
- Project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Media experience with an understanding of media placements, opportunities, and performance analysis.
