We’re hiring a Promotions Project Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity based in Irvine, California. This is a 2-year project role working three days onsite and two days remote.
In this role, you’ll support a leading pharmaceutical and aesthetics company’s marketing initiatives by coordinating consumer promotional offers from concept to completion. You’ll ensure all campaign elements are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Promotions Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and brand standards.
- Partner with creative, brand, and engineering teams to develop landing pages and digital campaign assets.
- Collaborate with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to draft and finalize terms and conditions, rules, and FAQs for promotional offers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, define milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders at all stages.
- Route materials through appropriate review and approval channels, including Veeva Vault.
- Coordinate with the Call Center to ensure preparedness for consumer and customer inquiries related to promotions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular status reports.
Promotions Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with strong project management skills.
- Proactive and collaborative team player who can work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Veeva Vault.
