In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role on the Talent Acquisition team for our client, a leading financial services and student loans company. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts focused on high-volume hiring for Collections and Call Center roles. This hybrid position requires working onsite 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a forward-thinking recruitment strategy to attract exceptional talent in Collections and Call Center roles.
- Oversee multiple hiring classes each month, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet staffing objectives.
- Collaborate with workforce planning and operations teams to anticipate hiring needs and synchronize recruitment efforts with business demands.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and communication for large candidate groups, working closely with HR and training teams for smooth transitions.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and candidate selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance the employer brand and engage passive candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, offer negotiations, and employment contracts.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, selection, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Experience in high-volume and collections, class-based recruiting.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing and persuading.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using Workday and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (preferred).
- Previous experience recruiting for marketing, advertising, analytics, and decision sciences roles (preferred).
