Project Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Project Manager for a hybrid role. This is a one-year-plus contract opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical client.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and communicating access and formulary changes across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels for both the client's portfolio and competitors. You will work cross-functionally to ensure timely updates, accurate reporting, and strategic alignment across business teams.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor access changes using MMIT and other tools.
• Collaborate with FRMs, Sales, Account Executives, and Payer Strategy to gather real-time insights.
• Report access wins/losses, track erosion curves, and align on external communications.
• Maintain and update internal dashboards, trackers (MAT, iCAT), and communication tools.
• Review policy updates to identify access risks or misalignment with labels.
• Support documentation for Fast Start, MOUs, and promotional materials.
• Partner with Patient Services to define KPIs and analyze trends (bridge, denials, etc.).
• Provide account trend data and insights to Account Executives.
• Lead transition to automated MMIT tracking and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experience monitoring access and formulary changes using MMIT or similar tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain and manage multiple dashboards and internal communication tools.
• Experience reviewing policy updates and identifying potential risks.
• Familiarity with Fast Start programs, MOUs, and promotional materials.
• Analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and patient service trends.
• Project management experience, from planning through execution.
