We’re hiring an Associate Director, HR Business Partner for a remote opportunity supporting a global biopharmaceutical organization known for its inclusive culture and commitment to innovation. This is a 6–9 month contract opportunity with potential for extension.
In this key role, you’ll join the Human Resources team to support corporate functions and strategic initiatives while driving people priorities and organizational effectiveness across the business. The role is fully remote within the U.S., with preference for candidates located in PT or ET time zones.

Associate Director, HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Partner with global functional and strategy leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
- Provide organizational insights, thought leadership, and trusted HR consultation.
- Collaborate across HR specialties (Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Facilitate leadership discussions, workshops, and interventions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Support enterprise-level HR projects with strong project management discipline.
- Contribute to succession planning, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Navigate effectively within a matrixed global organization, fostering collaboration across regions and teams.
Associate Director, HR Business Partner Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience, ideally in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in corporate functions (Finance, Legal, Strategy, IT, or Communications).
- Strong project management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a consultative, contract-based role with agility and adaptability.
