You’ll be a key member of a team ensuring Cadence conducts business globally in accordance with the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting internal/external audits and helping shape policies and processes to help us scale and enhance our compliance program.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the daily compliance program operations, such as reviewing approval requests related to international shipments, travel, and customer screening.
- Customer screening may include conducting due diligence reviews for end-uses/end-users and Restricted Party List (RPL) screenings.
- Further assistance will be required to support recordkeeping requirements and other compliance documentation.
- IT management support for programs that assist the trade compliance program.
- Other projects may also include support of the Cadence Channel Partner (CCP) program, Cadence Academic program, License Compliance, and many others.
- Produce high-quality deliverables efficiently, following Cadence’s best practices, templates, and guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business compliance (e.g. trade, fraud, supply chain).
- Experience in working for a tech company.
- Preferably has a working knowledge of U.S. export regulations but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Experience working in different time zones and preferably proficient in Mandarin.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
