UX DESIGN
What We Do
We design customer and user-focused experiences that are fresh and innovative, while problem solving by anticipating user behavior and hurdles. We approach the most complex of problems and address them with simple, intuitive, and useful solutions.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a talented senior individual contributor to join the Fall Guys Team to help us create an amazing experience for our players and champion player-centric design in cross-functional development teams. Are you excited to grow your skills in the games industry and collaborate with your team to help improve design processes and work with product stakeholders? In this role, you will
- Partner with Lead UI Artist and Technical Artist to follow UI and TA guidelines and create the best User Interface experience.
- Partner with Game Designers to create new exciting game experiences.
- Regularly conduct or participate in qualitative studies to validate your design solutions.
- Work closely with product stakeholders.
- Advocate for our players' needs and interpret them to the potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and advocate for a PCD (Player Centered Design) methodology during an ideation process in design teams.
- Present your design work and articulate your design decisions through excellent communication skills.
What we're looking for
- Drive or participate in players' journeys and experience mapping.
- Follow Product Strategy, UX Vision and the Development Pipeline.
- Participate in accessibility improvements and initiatives.
- Create flow charts, UX flows and wireframes to visualize and articulate design solutions.
- Create prototypes in Figma. Create UI assets and implement them in Unity.
- Experience developing mobile free to play games.
- Experience working with Figma and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
