Position Overview:

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal protection of Push Gaming's interests in a rapidly evolving and highly regulated industry. You will report into the Legal Director and work closely with various stakeholders within the company, providing legal guidance and support to help us achieve our business goals.

Location: London

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiation of contracts related to the company’s business
• Providing support and legal advice in relation to corporate matters
• Liaising with external counsels and advisors
• Contract management and housekeeping
• Participation in various projects with the AML, Compliance, Commercial and Finance teams
• Providing legal advice on matters relating to intellectual property rights, data protection, general commercial and contract law matters and dispute resolution
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda or legal analyses for internal stakeholders
• Providing day-to-day legal support to the Management and other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product and Tech teams 
• Assisting with any additional tasks according to the needs of the company

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University Law Degree (UK), with 3-5 years post-graduate experience practising law as an in-house counsel, associated lawyer or similar role
• Full working proficiency in English
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or from a software development company is beneficial
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial
• Knowledge of, and proven experience in, at least three of the following areas of law: Gambling/Online Gaming; Intellectual Property; Contract and Commercial laws; Data Privacy; 
• High level of independence and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment
• Savvy in using document and project management software and tools such as (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, DocuSign, ClickUp etc.)
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work alone as well as in a team
