Job Description

As a Lifecycle Specialist: Contracts Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant onboarding of our clients' global teams. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to execution and ongoing management. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Must have:

Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Good to have:

Experience with global employment laws and regulations.
Experience working with remote teams.
Proficiency in contract management software.
