The Etaples site designs, develops, and manufactures electric propulsion systems, specifically alternator-starters.

We are looking for a Logistics Operator. The Logistics Operator ensures the reception of components, storage, and management of returnable bins in compliance with SQCDM (Safety Quality Cost Delivery Management) standards. They manage stock movements within their perimeter and loading for finished product shipments.

Your Challenges?

Finished product shipments:

• Prepare client shipments for the following day, respecting stock FIFO
• Load trucks respecting safety standards
• Ensure quantitative and qualitative control of products and loading
• Establish and edit necessary shipping documents
• Unload and depollute client bins
• Record stock movements in the dedicated stock management application
• Perform end-of-chain audits
• Administrative management (delivery note entries / driver reception, computer entry, client portals, etc.)

Reception of components, raw materials, and consumables:

• Ensure unloading and control/reception (qualitative/quantitative) of raw materials and consumables
• Ensure storage / availability of incoming products
• Administrative reception (delivery note entries / driver reception, computer entry, etc.)
• Be in charge of visual re-order
• VRO: from pick-up order and physical inventory, they are responsible for placing orders with suppliers, ensuring timely returns, and alerting in case of stockout
• Subcontracting management

Maintenance/Safety:

• Ensure necessary controls of handling equipment for safe use
• Perform 1st level maintenance, safety startups on AGVs or other handling equipment

• Let's talk about you!

You have professional experience in logistics (machine operation).

• Holder of Permits (CACES) and/or driving authorizations necessary for the use of handling equipment implemented on your site
• Knowledge and application of incident response standards
• Knowledge and application of internal flow organization
• Knows and uses basic office software / stock management software
