Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure timely repairs, upgrades, and project installations. This role involves collaboration with production on urgent repair needs, actively participating in process and reliability improvements, and driving innovation to enhance uptime. The supervisor will provide resources and leadership to the maintenance department, foster a safety-conscious work environment, coach and develop team members, and support talent development initiatives within the team. This role requires a commitment to hiring the best, creating an inclusive environment, and executing performance and career development discussions.
Ensure coordination with affected departments for repairs/upgrades/project installations; coordinate with production on urgent items for repair; collaborate on process improvements; collaborate on reliability improvement; innovate for process improvement and uptime improvement; and provide resources and leadership to maintenance department.
